I enjoyed the class, although it is very intense. A full hour of non/stop cycling. The staff is very friendly. The instructor makes sure your comfortable in your bike and she was very helpful and kind.

Super Awesome studio....friendly staff...Penny is totally professional. Made me feel welcome and she was very attentive. I highly recommend this location. I think I found a good spot .
