The owner is an excellent trainer. She is very supportive and helpful. She monitors to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and using the right amount of weight. This is a small gym and more personal which really allows you to focus on your goals.

Love it!!Christine and Chris are the best they motivate you and are there for you. I totally recommend this gym. They make working out fun and are there to support you and answer any question you might have regarding getting fit. Five star kinda place!!!!!

I was very excited to start a new work out program something to motivate me more but was very disappointed that the morning classes don't start on time. The instuctor tends to run late and it cuts into your class. I regret buying this .
