Antonious is a fantastic instructor. He works us hard, is motivating, fun and very informative. The work outs are really hard, but he gets us through them and we get great results.

I loved OC bootcamp Huntinton Beach! I was able to work with Joe, Brennan and Kennedy who were all motivating and extremely personable. I especially enjoyed the workouts with Kennedy because of his great sense of humor and his intense cardio challenges, while also maintaining a level of strength and endurance training. I would have loved to continue, but all the locations were too far to commute to, and with gas prices as they are, would have been too much money ( and time) for my liking. I encourage anyone serious about getting in shape to look into OC Bootcamp. And if you are in Long Beach, try out Kennedy! He's the best!
