Incredible experience, today! Lizzie took care of me the moment I walked in. She explained everything with a calm, grounded energy, making me feel so comfortable. I did the Balancer Pro(total full-body reset), a wood lymphatic massage(intense in the best way), + the red light bed&red sauna. Everything felt intentional&healing. I walked out feeling lighter, cleaner&refreshed. Highly recommend!
