I had desperately been trying to get my hair back to my previous style. I have gone to many salons, described what I wanted, and showed photos of previous haircuts I had been happy with. I could not get my hair styled based on what I was presenting. I met Jamie at Erica Cole by Raquel, showed her the same photos and gave the same description, and she understood what I wanted. I was very happy!
