Jacki did a great job of listening to what I wanted and making it happen. I was very happy with my cut...which is rare!

She took another client for a bang trim after she seated me for my cut. Never asked me if it was OK. The other client said, "thanks for sharing your time with me. " I should have left then. If I had, I wouldn't have ended up with SHORT layers. I said LONG layers just at the ends (I was only trimming the cut I already had). Some of the layers were a full 6 inches shorter than they should've been. Will never go back.
