Hanna was excellent! She gave me a young style and got the color perfect. The only thing I could mention is that a client should be told up front if there will be any additional costs. I was surprised with a $10 charge for toner. I did not mind paying it but it was a surprise.

I will be coming back for Shane to do my hair again. He and Hannah are great. I did not catch the names of the other ladies but they were all sweet. I have a lot of hair so Hannah helped Shane out the all over color in so it would process in a more timely fashion all over. I appreciated her pitching in on it!!
