It would be helpful to have a list of recommendations prior to the class outside of gear recommendations. Things like don't eat within 2 hours prior to class, be sure to pace yourself, etc. While the course is great, it was more intense than I had expected and pushed too hard at the beginning of the class, leaving nothing left about midway through the class.

Instructor Paul in Florida is very welcoming and attentive to new students and attentive to students who appear to be struggling without neglecting the rest of class. Can't wait for the Saturday class which I'm told is more "intense" with more strenuous dry exercises.

Great workout, especially if you like swimming. Does help if you are able to swim at least a length of the pool.
