Dominic expertise and style were exactly the kind of booth camp training I was looking for. Very professional and knowledgeable about fitness, all while recognizing each person is at a different level of fitness and taking the time to cater to each individual. He does all this and more and still manages to make these workout classes fun!!!

It's definitely an effective way to get and stay fit. The coach and fellow bootcampers are warm and friendly. Classes are held outdoors in the park. I would recommend this class to anyone who wants to try a boot camp.

This program is intense and fun at the same time. Trainer is very motivating and ensure all client are yielding result at their bench mark period. Love it and would recommend to anyone who would like to lose some lbs, get conditioned, or just stay in shape.
