Wow I just had most amazing experience, it's been 10 years since I've been in any fitness and I feel like a new woman after 1 class, not only was it an awesome work9ut I had so much fun and feel confident and can't wait for nextbclass....thank u ladies you all rock

Betheny was a fantastic instructor. Everyone in the class was friendly and welcoming. I felt comfortable and challenged in the beginner class. It's a nice judgment free zone. I'm looking forward to my next class.

Omg y'all as a guy I was very nervous on my expert by my instructor and her students surrounding me made feel so comfortable and welcomed. It was extremely challenging but taught in a way I felt I could obtain this level of expertise. Completely recommend a town who just wants a different type of workout or wants to get out of your comfort zone!!!

This class was so much fun! My first time trying Intro to Lara And instructor made each step easy to follow. It’s a fun, elegant, sexy workout that has me so sore the next day! I will definitely go again!!!
