I love Jonathan!! I have learned so much more from Jonathan than just exercising. He is so good with communication and making you feel welcome everyday you arrive at class. I have two of my teen daughters enrolled in the class as well in the teen class and he does a great job being a mentor and a coach to them! I totally recommend everyone to at least give it a try. I guarantee you will be happy!

I cannot say enough about BFF Bootcamp!!! I have been a member for a few years now and my life has changed forever! I used to have weakness on several body parts but with exercising at BFF, I have gained strength all over. Jonathan has very well planned workout routines that really work on all the body parts. He is also the nicest person and very hard working.

Love BFF Bootcamp, my daughter and I join together. Bonus motivation!!! Class is always changing so there’s always something new to challenge yourself with. You never know what new equipment will so up.

Johnathan is a very compassion and helpful trainer. I wanted to try something new to push myself, but I have physical limitations that I thought would prevent me from taking the class. When I first spoke with Johnathan, not only was he confident that I could succeed, but said he would support me every step of the way. He has absolutely done that. He texts me every workout I participate in with modifications. I appreciate his discretion so as not to bother the other participants, but also that he took the time to do that for me. I would highly recommend taking this class because you'll work hard but you're also being trained by a great person as well.
