The contact information for the company is hard to find from the ordering site. Also, it would be helpful if you received a notice of when your first subscription would be coming (the site mentions 4-6 weeks, but if you received a notice saying your first issue will be the i.e. January / February issue) it would give you a much better idea of when to start expecting the magazine to show up.

I purchased these books for my niece and nephews as a Christmas present. They are enjoying them tremendously and learning so much about wildlife. The love the stories and are just starting to go on the website to access other activities. It is great when you can give a gift that lasts the whole year and is beneficial.
