curtains or shades on the windows would be good to create some privacy and not feel so exposed to the outside.

What I have stated above: The knowledge and expertise is outstanding. These woman, especially Elana(sp?) know what they're talking about and provide current evidence-based (as much as possible in the cosmetic multi-product and multi-method world) information and education. I am switching from the spa where I've been going for facials to Be Smooth: they have a down-to-earth, innovative -- probably more European -- no nonsense approach that is very refreshing.

Staff is very friendly. They also validate parking in the garage next door, which eliminates having to look and pay for parking.
