Dean is great!

It seems like they need to get better equipped to do mani's and pedi's. I had to go back twice to finish.

The facial was great and the thoughtfulness of the aesthetician was great too.

Beth is a great stylist and I love my haircut!

My hairstylist was friendly and courteous, the atmosphere was relaxing but fun, it was also clean and comfortable.

It was very difficult to get someone to answer their phone to make an appointment. I left a message and no one called me back. When I finally got in- the Mani and Pedi were good but the massage chair was awful. Most salons have a shiatsu massage chairs these days and for a high end salon I would expect them to have more than a vibrating chair.
