Anna at Hair Architects is great. I had let my hair get really long because I didn't want to go to the trouble of finding a new stylist. I'm really happy I ended up with Anna. She did a great job and got the cut just right. Will definitely be seeing her again.

Went in for my appointment, she was running 30 minutes behind schedule. Not so bad. But Then when she took me back she was still trying to finish up her last one. Pinballing back and forth between us. She didn't give me any highlights and washed my hair before it even had time to process. She also didn't completely blow dry or style my hair. I walked out with a frizzy mess and my hair didn't appear to have a baylage or have had anything done with it. I didn't say anything just tipped 20 dollars and left. I feel like a professional should have the integrity to know they messed up, and make things right. Huge waste of money.
