My stylist was wonderful as well as the supervisor. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted done

I had a great experience here. I loved my stylist and her advisor. The cut came out perfect. I’m going in for a six week follow up and can’t wait.

The student did a wonderful job. The other staff seemed a little disorganized.

They really need to schedule better. Ever time I visit, I end up waiting 20-30 for my stylist to call me back. This time I waited 40! Says to me that they do not believe my time is valuable. Incredibly frustrating. She did a nice job on my cut, which was the saving grace of the visit.

I bought two highlight packages for myself and a friend. The receptionists were terrible. One in particular asked me to call back to schedule an appointment because I didn't know THEIR availability (not talking hours of operation, wtf?). Guess you need ESP. My friend got her highlights after a lot of trouble and they have to be fixed.I didn't bother using mine.

My haircut was great, but the color wasn't. I was severely over-processed, so now my hair is dry and brittle. I sat in the chair for over 6 hours for highlights and a root touch-up!

Expect to wait and also expect to not get a great job done. If you are lucky you might.

Unbelievable that they would let somebody walk out looking like I did. The teachers didn’t even try to help fix the problem. They let the student go on and on and never intervened. Was there five hours for highlights and a cut. Too embarrassed to even post a photo of the hatchet job on my haircut
