Freddy is fabulous!!! I highly recommend his 9:45a class - small size and a really great workout. He is good at pushing each person appropriately, or not if that isn't something you want!

Village yoga is one of the best yoga centers I have ever visited . The teachers are very cordial, they make extra effort to make you feel comfortable and I would specially recommend taking classes from Gale and Stephanie . They both are exceptionally good . Also the owner Freddy is very nice and amiable. I would totally recommend Village yoga to anyone who wants to experience yoga .

This is a very friendly and open facility with very knowledgeable professional staff. After each class you'll leave with a sense of accomplishment and growth in your area of interest. Awesome gym!!!
