I had no idea what to expect. But Liz was very calming. Her touch put me into a deep meditation and when she was finished, I felt very calm and peaceful. I recommend anyone interested in a different experience to help with anxiety, pain or many other issues, to give this technique a try

The office is in a suite of offices- you won't see the practice name. Parking is inexpensive but bring a few dollars cash. Liza is amazing!
