This was my first time, very welcoming with friendly staff and took care of a beginner well and made me feel comfortable. The workout was easy to follow and also had a follow-up call next day to see how it went. Overall very happy!

I just started after 3 private sessions, I attended my first beginner class today. I love it. My aging body needs this wonderful way of strengthening and stretching. Meredith was a wonderful coach. I so enjoyed it. Happy I found Propel Pilates

Karen was most very helpful in getting my wife in for the sign up for the first class. Meredith (instructor) was very good in her instructions and encouragement to my wife. My wife is looking forward to attending the next class!
