Great program, make you feel better , not really difficult to fellow.
Immediate results..within a week or 2, you have so much energy !
Great motivation fron instructeur...you have to try!
I do not like gym or exercise classes, I try a lot of them...here getting at 515 for the 6 am class seems so easy...miss it over the week end
