Skilled therapists in a soothing setting. I have used and enjoyed all three of the massage therapists working there. They are all great.

I really enjoy the therapists. They have no problem going deep but they can go soft when I need them to. I wish the music was better (once there was random rap songs mixed in with jazz/trumpet music...not really relaxing) and it would be nice if the walls weren't so thin. Sometimes some of the therapists are in the break room and you can hear everything they say. But one time my therapist and I were talking while she was giving me a massage and the owner asked us to lower our voices. Maybe look into ways you can make the rooms more sound proof.

The couples massage was great! Only problem was we had to wait a little over a month to get in due to scheduling issues.

Very unorganized, original appointment was cancelled by them twice, the therapist was scatter brained and talked the entire session and didn't even get to my whole body.

When we got there, we filled out the paperwork about health info and I marked that I was pregnant. The therapists took the paperwork and went to set up the room for our couple's massage. A few minutes later they came back and said "You really should've told us ahead of time that you're pregnant." And I felt like she was scolding me. How was I supposed to know that I should've mentioned it when we scheduled the appt? I had never had a massage while pregnant before and it said nothing about that on the website- just that there was an option for pregnancy. It was hard to relax and enjoy the massage after that.
