Challenge yourself. Your not competing with others. If you've never done Crossfit. Make sure you gradually go into it. Also depending on your level of shape that your in.

Wasn't happy about my experience, was just thrown into a class. Owner was out of town at the time and staff wasn't very helpful in orienting someone new to the workout. Only went once and never went back.
