Thank you for your immediate response to a small mix-up at the warehouse. I called to report the mix-up and I received pleasant and professional help on the phone and same day correction of the mix-up.

I was not happy that I had to go pick up the mattress and it was quite a ways from my house on Freedom drive I was hoping I could just take home from the store in Matthews

Delivery was horrible! The first time they came out, they went to the wrong house, had written down the wrong cell phone number, didn't bother calling the house, and I had to call them when they missed the delivery window. They had both mattresses but only one box spring. Repeat all of the above for the delivery of forgotten box spring!! Ridiculous!

The mattress advertised was no longer available. felt like a bait-and-switch

They are out to rip people off not help them get a deal.
