Initially, I was impressed with Raleigh Krav Maga, but as I continued to take classes I became disappointed by the lack of instruction I was getting. I was taking classes with a coworker (another woman) and it began to feel like the instructor did not want to teach women. Often the newest people in the class (or one of them) I often felt like the instructor was avoiding helping/working with me. This class is HARD work - and to feel like you are working hard and not getting any help makes it even more difficult to go back each week with a positive outlook.
