This store is under new management. The customer service is a lot better than what some of the old reviews reflect. Compared to other repair shops CPR actually had parts in stock & were able to fix my phone on the same day.

Great customer service! They will do everything they can to make sure your phone is functioning properly and the turnaround time is amazing! No long lines and your phone will look and function like its brand new!

It was easy and quick; make sure you note who you talk to though in case there is confusion with repair terms or delivery dates. Overall a very good experience though.
