This is a great class! Julie does a great job of enabling you to take what you learn in class and apply it at home.

Julie is an awesome teacher and her class focused on very real things that we could learn in the kitchen. Very hands on teaching. I have made 2 of the dishes that we learned in class. My friend has made a few of the dishes as well.

I had no idea this class existed outside of culinary school. Exceeded expectations! Can't wait to go back!

It was so fun! She was so helpful and patient! And the food was delicious!!

The experience was a good one. The instructor was great. My only suggestion would be that she set stronger boundaries regarding late comers as it can be and was a little disruptive.
