About Sushi One

Although the chefs at Sushi One are artful in their sushi presentations, they won't do anything that gets in the way of the pure flavor of melt-in-your-mouth fatty tuna, wild baby buri, and other ocean-fresh seafood. They take the same approach to the rest of the menu, where flavors get more complex and include sizzling tempura, pan-fried chinese noodles, and Thai dishes, such as green curry flavored with kaffir lime leaves.
