Nice, spacious store that is fun to browse. Great decor and selection of dog/cat items. My only complaint is that the shampoo for the self serve wash was so watery that it took such a large quantity to get my dog clean.

Need to improve their self grooming experience, compared to dog store in Hertiage doesn't hold a candle. Need to add more shampoos to choose from for example whitening shampoo, shampoo that was available was very watery. Also they don't give you any brushes to choose from only one. There are no perfumes made available for spray on your dog which one in Hertiage makes this all available in self grooming experience. Little disappointed :(
