On my second time there, the fitness instructor never showed up to teach the class. I was told by another attendee that this happens "all the time." When I asked for a refund, the staff member said "well we won't charge you for this class." That was already a given! I want a refund of the whole 10-class pass! I'm not going to continue driving an hour round trip to come to a class where the instructor may or may not come. I have not been back.
