Don't need to bring much. Just wear comfy clothes to stretch, move, and workout in. Bring a sturdy, comfy carrier for your baby. They have mats for the babies so they can also sit, roll, or play during your workout.

Try Unity Barre out! Don't hesitate! The owner, Kathy, is very kind and caring, and does her best to help people feel comfortable and valued as Unity Barre clients. The studio is clean and well-maintained. The instructors are very encouraging.
