Jennifer was awesome, she was honest with me from the start cuz I came in wanting to go platinum blonde but still had red dye in my hair, she explained it wouldn't come out right and offered a great alternative that will get me to what I ultimately want without frying my hair and keep it looking good too! I couldn't be happier!
