Everyone is very professional and never makes you feel like a number, for Pilates as well as physical therapy. They listen and are accommodating to your needs! I look forward to many years with them!

Everyone at this business is not only extremely knowledgeable but also very friendly and helpful. The Pilates instructor is very focused on correct form and tuning in to my needs. She will gently correct positions or ask if I can feel the effect of the pose where I should be feeling it, correcting if necessary. I will definitely continue there even though it is a bit far to travel to for me. I feel that the benefit and positive interaction with the team members are outweighing the difficulties of distance to travel and time commitment.
