The technician who came to my house was great! He told me more about my furnace (it was in the house when we purchased it) and told me that the igniter was pretty worn so if it stops working I know what the problem is. I also love that they have me a phone call about 15 minutes prior to arrival.

My appointment was between 9 and1 at 11:00 they called running late, well finally at 2:30 he showed up and vacuumed and left, I could have done that!

I was told by others what occurs in typical air conditioning check ups. It did not occur with mine. They were in and out so quickly and did not do muchore than to tell me I should buy a new one.
