In his decades-spanning career, Darren Kling has racked up thousands of hours piloting hot-air balloons both internationally and in his own backyard of Central Oregon. Since launching Big Sky Balloon Co. in 1993, he's maintained a perfect safety record, setting about-to-be-engaged couples and vacationing birds at ease. During balloon rides, he whisks Oregonians into the skies above the Cascade Range with views of the Central Cascades, treating them to unobstructed views and a unique experience during leisurely flights.
