The instructor and the staff were amazing! Everyone was so kind and helpful and the class was a great workout. The instructor was helpful but not overbearing.

I've never done cardio barre and with this being my first experience I was very pleased the employees are very friendly and welcoming. Jessica the instructor was very helpful I'm definetly going back!

everyone is friendly, more than helpful with everything and the workout is amazing... Jessica, one of the instructors, are fun, beautiful, helpful and teaches a great class... I love her!!! it's a great sweat and u feel it working!! best workout ever!

Brittany was inspiring and made the class feel empowered! You can tell she has a psychology background;) Fun and a great workout! I'll be back for sure!
