Very accomodations and flexible The instructors were great! They made the experience very fun and not at all scary for my little one

Our son has now had three of their coaches and liked them all. He was at level 0 (andfearful) but is now excited to swim. The pool is a bit small and old but the water is warm - good for first-timers... We have signed up for 15 more at full price.

instructors are great however, we were approached at least 3 times with some pressure to buy the more expensive lessons package that we could not afford.
