Amazingly informative and challenging. A great way to learn self defense techniques and get a tough workout as well. The instructors and very aware and helpful, making learning half of the fun. After each class, video examples are sent via email to all the intro students so that students can review and work on skills at home.

It's interesting, fun and a really good workout. Be ready to sweat... the people are friendly, and the lessons worth it.

Have only done one class so far. So far though everyone has been really nice and respectful. We jumped right into it. I learned how to defend a punch from the bottom and then into a choke on my first day! I think that's pretty awesome and the staff is funny and seem to know their stuff.

My 11 y.o has loved coming here the past 6 weeks. The instructors are patient and kind to all the children. It has been a joy watching him during classes.

Very clean mats and bathrooms- everything is top notch, even the coaches. Classes are structured and timed to start and end according to the schedule. Price is fair for the options to access the mats. Great intro class to gauge interest before committing- I've also caught up on all of my laundry!

Purchasing boxing gloves is a good idea but not needed.
