Have really enjoyed adding USKO to to my fitness routine. Coaches are great and classes are amazing.

The training is great and the coaches are wonderful. While I've been there I've observed the owner, who is also a coach, interacting with his young students (children classes), he is motivating, encouraging, and very patient with them. I highly recommend this establishment.

First time doing yoga. Great trainer, she went of her way to help me Postion my feet and arms when I was doing it wrong. The only complaint I have is the music. It needed to be lower down because I'm trying to pay attention to the trainer. She explains everything in detailed step-by-step and I didn't want to miss anything. The music got in the way. Overall I had a great experience and I'm planing to go back again.
