The coaches are awesome and help you with the exercises if you are just learning so no need to feel intimidated. I highly recommend this!!

Best performance gym in the area!! Excellent and personable coaches with challenging, unique and fun training options. Great for teens through active adults of all fitness levels. Love it here!

This was my first experience with Starting Line and my first real boot camp session. I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable in the gym Kevin and his staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is large and spacious with ample room and equipment for people of all fitness levels. Special Kudos to Kevin's intern. (Another Kevin ? ) for his instruction and guidance for the newbie, and also his great sense of humor as he was laughing at my antics of me falling off the ball. Would definitely recommend. Great place! Oh, and prepare for a great workout if you do boot camp. I'm sore in muscles I didn't know I had!
