I feel that they should supervise each of the play areas, there is no one in the bounce inflatable area at all for the 2+ hours that we were there. My son was hit by a 4-5 year old child that was in the 'under 3' inflatable. If parents aren't supervising their children (as they should be) there should at least be a staff member making sure that things are alright in each area.

My two grandchildren had a great time at Kango Play Center. We had never been before and this was a great way to have some fun on a rainy day.

I like that you limit the age of the child that can play there. I have been to some where 12 year olds are playing with 4 year olds. I think that is very dangerous. At Kango I felt the children were much safer.
