Super nice lady in the front desk and they got me in and out like under 25 minutes. They even told me this is not going to make it go away it's just going to fill it in so it doesn't spread I already knew that walking in. I just read some reviews and that a lot of people are upset because you can still see some of it but yeah it's still going to be there. Just not going to shatter your windshield
