I was there the Tuesday before Labor day when it was busy with back to school purchases but I felt I got individualized attention. Wasn't rushed and very happy with my purchase. I'm not a runner but wanted a good fitting shoe to work out in gym. Sales person seemed surprised but helped me anyway.

Jennifer was a very professional and helpful saleswoman. She gave me great recommendations based on my running style, personal preferences ad stated needs... Not based on price point. Was already planning next trip back on my way out...

I have been to two of the GBRC locations and have had positive experiences every time. They are a great company to work with, they answered my questions and made me feel comfortable asking more :)
