When April showed up for the appt, she was great - went above & beyond for each service. Of course, I allowed her to talk me into another 'great deal' & bought another package. Unfortunately, I will never get to use up all my visits since she hasn't shown up probably 4 or 5 out of 6 times. I didn't want to give a bad review but I learned to start texting her to confirm before I left home & more times than not, she had to cancel (although, she hadn't let me know). Always something - she had an appt, or her daughter did, or she was in an accident, or got sick. Not going to make time in my schedule for someone who probably won't show up. Of course, she has my money so good for her. Not sure how she stays in business...maybe it was just me (but I did see another comment to this effect).
April continually cancelled appointments I made with her. Then the final straw was when she no showed me. I waited for 30 minutes at the salon. No phone call, no text telling me she wasn't coming. I have asked for my money back several times with no response.
If I could rate negative stars I would this woman is a fraud and unprofessional will cancel every appointment or not show up.
First facial was great but it took some time to get in with her. I had scheduled an appointment through Vagaro and she called me when I was already driving to the appointment that she doesn't schedule appointments through there and she wasn't sure why Vagaro keeps allowing clients to schedule with her. I had to reschedule since she was already booked. She seemed very unorganized with her scheduling and I should have realized then not to prepay for anything but it was too good of a deal to pass up. I purchased 3 sessions for facial/microdermabrasion on November 30th which I never received the services. She continually double booked or cancelled appointments. In February, I asked her for a refund which she said that she could pay me back in installments starting on March 31, 2017. No surprise but I am still waiting on a credit!! Now she no longer is renting a space at Salons Elite and approximately 40+ of her clients are trying to get a refund for services never received. Her voicemail is full, texts never returned, facebook comments deleted and now personal facebook account deleted. Horrible customer service! She needs to do right by her customers and credit back our payment. April, do right by your clients and credit our money back!!
Poor poor poor services! Disrespectful towards her clients! Poor communication. 1st service was not that great, I've had micros before and this was definitely not worth the money
