They did a good job in breaking up a 10 hour training session to be fun and seem much shorter. The overall chl training was very good.

Emptying your message box once in a while and answering emails in a timely manner for starters. You are VERY difficult to locate and the directions to your unorganized and poorly run field are unclear and confusing.

The class needs to be more focused on the various situations that a gun owner might encounter and what the legal complications can be. More focused on safety practices when carrying a firearm. Don't just teach to the test. Give good, solid advice and examples. There were too many distractions with the food service. When the participants check in, they can at that point choose between maybe 3 choices and their beverage and then be done with it. The student could then at the lunch break go to the restaurant and pick up their items. We barely got rolling before they interrupted over and over again.
