The boot camp is tough. But u go at ur own pace. Just been once YESTERDAY. But looking forward to next week

Ivan's place is not glamorous but if you want a good old school work out its good stuff. He guides you as needed you work your way through his workouts for the day. It feels friendlier than the large health clubs . Love the 7& 8 am options.
