Did a great job of cleaning my windows! Plus....they were fast and efficient!

I can't give a recommendation yet. Not sure, Only set appt. this morning. Can I respond after I have windows washed?

The window cleaners did a great job. I was most impressed with their courtesy and friendliness. They asked before moving any furniture or outdoor items to reach the windows. It is nice to have clear windows again.

I paid extra to have my screens and tracks cleaned and after they left, I checked and none of the tracks were cleaned and the screens had been sprayed off but had not been scrubbed and still had marks on them. I called and left a message with the office asking them to send someone back to clean the tracks and I never heard back from them.

Took too long for an appointment

They 'no showed' for the first day, rescheduled and were 45 minutes late the second day and the windows are smudged and not very clear.

I had an appointment for Sunday morning and they never showed up and no call either. I waited around and wasted my a.m. The next day they apologized and wanted to make it right. I have an issue with not calling.

Too much fine print; left a screen off the window.
