I enjoyed it very much and the other people and the instructors were very welcoming. I will be going back! Loved it!

The people (both instructors and members) were super fantastic, supportive and motivated. They alone made me want to return. However, it didn't work for me because I need to modify from the program too much because of injury. Even still, I don't think there was enough cardio or strength building. It's a great opportunity to exercise outdoors with a great group of people.

I went to my first one last week it was a lot of fun! I was sore the next day! It felt good!

Great class, Carson pushes us hard, but everyone motivates each other. Fun, but tough class. Love it. You must go. Great workout.

The group motivation and dedication is second to none.
