Love this place. The trainers are top tier and the participants are friendly and encouraging. Great place to train if you are a beginner. Everyone is at a different level but no one leaves you behind or makes you feel out of place.

This is the ONLY gym where I've actually shown up for myself. The instructors are engaging and committed and the workouts are different each day. I love that! I'm someone who doesn't know what to do when I enter a gym, lol, so I appreciate the time and dedication the instructors have when creating these workouts. It's clear the owners and instructors care about their members. I've never been to a gym where the owners create ways to give back to their community (there are raffles for $25 Amazon gift cards, the 12 Days of Fitmas, weekend hiking adventures ~ it's so cool)!
