Have only been to one class but it's a nice facility and plenty of class types and times to choose from.

Very nice yoga class. I just wish that the Vinyasa flow class was offered at the 6:30 pm time. I need a more rigourous work out than the slow flow class that is only offered at 6:30pm. Thanks.

I've only attended one yoga class, but the instructor was very good and knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to trying the Pilates as well as some other yoga classes.

The instructor was so nice! I have never been to a Yoga class before. When I walked in, the instructor came over to me immediately and asked me if I was new. I told her yes and she proceeded to explain how everything works. She made me feel so welcomed and comfortable that I scheduled another class for the next day!
