Environment is very clean, comfortable and peaceful. Making the appointment was a challenge only because they were booked out pretty far. Otherwise, the owner was very kind and knowledgeable. Overall it was a good experience.

Your first visit will likely be awkward (I did the colon hydrotherapy and didn't realize that someone would be in the room with me the whole time). I did have privacy (blanket) but having your bowels cleaned out in front of someone isn't pleasant.

Wonderful place it is going to change my lifestyle.
